zenhabits...breathe

Leo talking. Image source from his blog zenhabits
Good morning,

some months ago I found Leo Babauta´s blog "zenhabits ... breathe" and I subcribe to him when I read some of his posts and find them very interesting! Even if Leo is not English and my blog is mainly how I see UK through my eyes, when I find a good topic to share, I do!

The way of Leo to reach the people to share things and topics are full of love and compassion and his writing is simple, captivating and focused. He wrote several books and one is also free to download which I am reading at the moment, FOCUS: a simplicity manifesto in the age of distraction.

In today´s post, he talks about Why We Overplan which gave us new tips and very helpful for those people who overplan (in their daily lives especially...)

If you are curious to know more about him click Leo´s bio and if you need to stop for a couple of moments, read breathe.

**Here i make a pause and for those people that want to try a simple meditation, follow the steps. Meditate does not mean to leave the mind in white, it means to observe our Breathe and little by little became more relax. So if you want some moments of calm and re-focus, close your eyes and take deep breathes during 2-5 minutes. Inhale through the nose and feel how your solar plexus is filled with fresh air and exhale trough your mouth slowly. If you can and you dare, as you inhale, mentally say the word "SO" and as you exhale, the word "HAM". This is a mantra that helps you to focus.
You can do this little meditation anywhere. Try to do it for several days and you will see the benefits!**
