Getting_to_Know_Real_Ale

In UK one of the basic thinks you need to know, is how appreciate "good ale", if you do, the people will come along and share tips and good times...
Since I arrived here my partner has been training me in "good ale" sampling and tasting... and now i have a good selection of beers which I adore to have time to time plus having a large display of ale bottles in our kitchen it made me even proud. 

For you to understand, Ale (beer) is a type of strong and light color beer. Stout is dark, sometimes sweet and with a strong taste of malt, lager o pale ale is blond beer, brown ale is black beer, mild is soft, bitter strong, special is thick and strong and shandy is beer with lemonade.

The "Real Ale" is the beer unfiltered, unpasteurised and still active on the yeast; it is irrelevant whether the container is a cask or a bottle. If the yeast is still alive and still conditioning the beer, it is "real".

En UK, una de las cosas básicas que necesitas saber es cómo apreciar una buena cerveza (Ale), si lo haces, la gente se unirá a tí y compartirá consejos y buenos momentos...

Desde que llegué, mi pareja me ha estado entrenando y aconsejándome para probar diferentes cervezas... y ahora tengo una buena selección las cuales me gustan mucho y que bebo de vez en cuando y además una buena selección de botellas en nuestra cocina que honran nuestro buen gusto por la buena cerveza.

Para que me entendáis, Ale es un tipo de cerveza (beer) fuerte y de color claro. Stout es oscura, a veces dulce y con fuerte sabor a malta, lager o pale ale es cerveza rubia, brown ale es cerveza negra, mild es suave, bitter es amarga, special es fuerte y espesa y shandy es cerveza con gaseosa.

La "Real Ale" es la cerveza que no se ha filtrado y pasteurizado y que está activa todavía en la levadura; da igual si es de barril o de botella. Si la levadura está activa es "real" (buena).
